SELinux MCS labels can be translated into more readable text by a dedicated daemon, helping administrators and policy-aware tools present category information more clearly. It is useful on systems that rely on SELinux Multi-Category Security.
This is a security service component, not a user-facing app. Incorrect SELinux configuration can weaken isolation or block legitimate access, so changes should be handled by administrators who understand the policy in use.
