Gives Midnight Commander a 256-color visual theme for clearer panels, menus, and file manager highlights in capable terminals. It is useful for people who spend time managing files in MC and want a more readable terminal interface.
This is a theme file, not a separate application. After installation, select or reference the skin from Midnight Commander configuration; the visible change appears only inside MC.
