Description

Speech audio can be generated from phoneme input for text-to-speech systems. It helps accessibility tools, language experiments, and speech applications turn prepared phonetic data into audible voice output.

This is usually a backend component, not a complete screen reader or speech app by itself. Voice quality and language support depend on the selected MBROLA voice packages.
