Arch package builds can run under systemd resource-control groups for better limits and isolation. It is useful for packagers who want to constrain CPU, memory, or process behavior during makepkg runs.
Build wrappers still execute package build scripts, which can be risky when sources are untrusted. Review PKGBUILDs and resource settings before building.
