Description
Parallel MAFFT alignment workflows can use current development MPI support for larger sequence datasets. It is useful for researchers testing newer parallel behavior on clusters or multi-node systems.
This git package may change before stable releases. MPI configuration, dataset size, and recorded parameters matter for reproducible scientific results.
