Programs tied to LLVM 3.5 can use matching legacy runtime libraries.
This package is useful only when old LLVM 3.5 applications or toolchains need compatible libraries. It is dependency support, not an application.
Legacy runtime libraries should be isolated to the projects that require them. Avoid using them for new work.
