Supported NVIDIA GPUs can use the open kernel-module variant matched to the latest BigLinux kernel. It is useful when the distribution or hardware support policy prefers the open NVIDIA module stack.
This package affects low-level graphics support. Users should keep NVIDIA user-space packages in the same driver family and retain a fallback kernel for recovery.
