Description

Infrared cameras that stay disabled by default can be enabled for compatible Linux hardware.

This package is useful for users who need IR camera support for face authentication, low-light imaging, or device testing. It changes hardware enablement behavior, not photo management.

Camera hardware affects privacy. Confirm the device model, permissions, and when the camera is active.
