Provides sanitized Linux kernel headers intended for user-space software. Programs and libraries use these headers to understand kernel interfaces without depending on the full kernel source tree.
This is mainly needed by compilers, C libraries, build tools, and software compiled from source. It does not install a kernel or provide user-facing functionality by itself.
