Text-heavy software can use the Git version of a high-level string and text processing library.
This package is useful for developers testing current libvss code or maintaining applications that depend on it. It does not add a user-facing tool; consuming software decides what text is read, transformed, or stored.
Use the Git build only when the development version is required. Validate text behavior with real multilingual input.
