This library is useful for GNU Radio, software-defined radio, DSP tools, and scientific applications that need portable optimized math routines. It does not add a radio application by itself; other programs use it to speed up processing.
Performance depends on CPU features, selected kernels, compiler options, and workload. Test with the target hardware when performance matters.
