Audio players and game-music tools can play PlayStation sound files through a UPSE-based library.
This fork is useful for software that needs to decode or emulate PlayStation music formats for listening, preservation, tagging, or conversion. It is not a full PlayStation emulator and does not run games.
Game audio files may be copyrighted. Use files you are allowed to keep, convert, or share.
