Image software can read and write PNG files through a smaller modern library interface.
This library is useful for developers building viewers, converters, editors, games, or tools that need PNG decoding or encoding. It does not add a standalone image application; another program uses it as an image codec.
Use it when software depends on libspng or when you want its PNG API. As with any image parser, treat untrusted files carefully in applications that process downloads or user uploads.
