Description
The newer libsoup HTTP client and server library used by GNOME and GTK applications to talk to web services, download data, or expose local HTTP endpoints.
It is application networking infrastructure. Users usually need it because another program depends on it, and any privacy or security behavior comes from how that program uses HTTP and TLS.
