Description
Network file tools can access or serve SMB2 and SMB3 shares without relying only on kernel filesystem support.
This library is useful for applications that need to browse, read, write, or expose files through Windows-compatible network sharing. It does not add a file manager by itself; another program uses it to handle SMB connections.
SMB access may involve credentials, private files, and writable network shares. Check server trust, permissions, firewall exposure, and whether the parent application can modify or delete shared files.
