Uyghur interface text helps LibreOffice Dev show menus, dialogs, and built-in help in that language. It is useful for users who prefer the office suite localized instead of using the default interface language.
This is a language pack, not the office suite itself. Use it together with LibreOffice Dev, then select the language in the application or desktop language settings when needed.
