Description
Adds QUIC protocol support for software that transfers data over modern encrypted network connections. QUIC is used underneath HTTP/3 and can improve connection setup, reliability, and behavior on unstable networks.
This is not an application with its own window. It is mainly useful to developers, networking tools, and other packages that need a tested QUIC implementation.
