Description
D runtime and Phobos library files become available for software built with the LLVM-based D compiler. It is useful for developers and packages that need the D standard runtime components at link or run time.
This is supporting compiler/runtime infrastructure, not a standalone development app. Most users receive it with the D compiler or software built for that runtime.
