Numerical NMR studies need specialized math code for modelling magnetic-resonance problems. This lightweight library supplies routines that research or analysis programs can reuse instead of implementing the same calculations from scratch.
It is intended for scientific software and people building tools around nuclear magnetic resonance. There is no normal desktop interface; another program must use the library for the user to see a result.
