Chinese text input can use the Chewing phonetic input method through a library built from current source. This helps input-method frameworks offer intelligent Traditional Chinese typing based on phonetic input.
It is input-method infrastructure, not a standalone text editor. The visible effect appears when an IME or desktop input framework loads Chewing support.
