Bluetooth baseband captures can be decoded for analysis with a dedicated library. This helps researchers and security testers inspect low-level Bluetooth traffic from compatible capture hardware.
It is radio/protocol analysis tooling, not a Bluetooth settings app. Capture and analysis should be done only where authorized, because wireless traffic can include private device information.
