Description
Adds 32-bit Tcl runtime support for applications and scripts written in the Tcl language. It helps compatibility tools run Tcl-based automation, installers, extensions, or embedded scripting.
Scripts can read files, run commands, and change system state with user permissions. Only run trusted Tcl code, especially in installers or plugins.
