Description
32-bit legacy applications can use the older SQLite 2 database engine expected by their storage layer. This preserves compatibility with old local database files and programs that have not moved to SQLite 3.
It is a database library, not a database administration app. Keep backups before migrating or opening old database files with unfamiliar tools.
