Description
Legacy 32-bit applications can use the Qt4 framework for windows, widgets, networking, and application infrastructure. It helps old desktop software keep running when it still depends on Qt4 libraries.
Qt4 is obsolete and should not be used for new applications. Prefer maintained software or newer Qt versions when security and compatibility matter.
