32-bit applications can use Mozilla Network Security Services for TLS, certificates, cryptography, and related security operations. This supports browsers, mail clients, and network software that depend on NSS.
It is security infrastructure, not a certificate manager by itself. Keep it updated because TLS and certificate handling are exposed to untrusted network content.
