Description
32-bit applications can access HTTP/1.1 and WebDAV servers through a client library. This supports file synchronization, remote document access, package downloads, and networked storage workflows.
It is network support, not a browser or file manager. Applications using it may send credentials and file data over the network, so TLS and server trust matter.
