Description
32-bit applications can compress and decompress data very quickly with the LZ4 algorithm. This is useful for caches, logs, game assets, backups, and network payloads where speed matters more than maximum compression ratio.
It is a compression library and tool dependency. Applications still need to choose safe file paths and validate untrusted compressed data.
