Description
Adds 32-bit LLVM runtime libraries needed by applications and tools built against LLVM components. It supports compatibility software that depends on LLVM shared libraries at runtime.
It is a runtime dependency, not a compiler interface by itself. Version compatibility matters because LLVM libraries can change across releases.
