Adds 32-bit xshmfence support for synchronization around shared memory graphics buffers. It helps compatibility graphics stacks coordinate rendering work efficiently on Linux.
It is a low-level synchronization library. Problems usually appear as graphics glitches, hangs, or performance issues in applications that depend on it.
