Adds 32-bit VA-API support for applications that use hardware video acceleration on Linux. It helps compatibility media players, browsers, games, and video tools offload decoding or processing to supported GPUs.
Acceleration depends on drivers, hardware, codecs, and sandbox permissions. If unsupported, applications may fall back to slower software processing.
