Description

32-bit Wine graphics paths can use S3TC/DXTn texture compression support expected by older wine-staging patches. This helps games and 3D applications load compressed texture formats correctly.

It is a graphics compatibility library, not a texture editor. Visual results depend on the Wine build, GPU driver, and application texture formats.
