Adds 32-bit libogg support for applications that read or write Ogg container streams. It is useful for compatibility media players, games, and audio tools that handle Ogg-based formats.
It is a container library, not a codec by itself. Actual audio or video decoding depends on codecs such as Vorbis, Opus, or Theora and the application using them.
