Adds 32-bit libnsl support for applications that use the legacy NIS/YP network information service interface. It helps compatibility software work in older Unix-style environments that still rely on NIS.
NIS is legacy infrastructure and may expose account or host information if used carelessly. Prefer modern directory services where possible and secure network access tightly.
