Adds 32-bit libidn2 support for modern internationalized domain name handling with IDNA2008, Punycode, and TR46 behavior. It helps compatibility network software handle Unicode domain names more correctly.
Internationalized domains can be used in phishing or lookalike attacks. Applications should preserve certificate validation and show names in a way users can trust.
