Description

32-bit network applications can handle internationalized domain names using Stringprep, Punycode, and IDNA rules. This lets software convert between human-readable Unicode names and DNS-compatible forms.

It is a protocol library, not a browser. Domain-name handling can affect security, because visually similar characters may be used in phishing or confusing hostnames.
