Adds the 32-bit CrackLib password-checking library for applications that validate password strength. It helps compatibility programs reject weak passwords using dictionary-based checks.
Password checks are only one part of account security. Applications still need secure storage, rate limiting, recovery policy, and protection for any password data they handle.
