KDE Frameworks 5 support for application crash analysis and bug reporting. Applications use it to handle crashes more consistently and guide users toward useful reports.
It is diagnostic infrastructure, not a crash viewer users open directly. Keep it when Qt 5 KDE applications depend on KCrash.
