A KDE component that supports bookmarks and the XBEL bookmark format. Modern KDE applications use it to store, read and manage bookmark data consistently across the desktop.
It is shared infrastructure rather than a bookmarks app users open directly. Keep it when KDE or Qt applications depend on bookmark support.
