A KDE Frameworks 5 abstraction for system policy and authentication features. Applications use it to request privileged actions through the desktop's authorization mechanisms.
It is security-sensitive infrastructure, not an app to open directly. Keep it when KDE or Qt 5 software needs controlled privilege elevation.
