Core components for KDE Activities, a Plasma feature that groups applications, windows and workspace context by activity. KDE software uses it to track and switch activity-related state.
It is desktop infrastructure, not a separate app most users open directly. Keep it when KDE Plasma or applications depend on Activities support.
