Description
A full Java Runtime Environment for OpenJDK 8. It runs older Java applications that still target the Java 8 platform, including programs that need graphical support.
Use it for legacy software that explicitly requires Java 8. Newer applications may prefer a newer runtime, so choose the version based on the application's documentation.
