A compact implementation of the Tcl scripting language. It is useful for embedded tools, small command interpreters and applications that need Tcl-like scripting without the full standard Tcl footprint.
Use it when a project specifically depends on Jim Tcl or when you need a lightweight Tcl interpreter. Most desktop users only receive it as a dependency of another tool.
