Epson GT-F720, GT-S620, Perfection V30, and Perfection V300 Photo scanners can work with EPSON Image Scan! through the matching model plugin.
It is useful only when that scanner family is connected and the base Image Scan! software is installed. Scanner plugins enable device communication; normal scan privacy still depends on the documents placed on the scanner.
