Description
A command-line interface for IPMI-enabled servers and management controllers. Administrators use it to read sensors, check chassis status, manage power and interact with out-of-band hardware controls.
Use with caution, especially on remote or production machines. IPMI commands can power systems off, change management settings or expose sensitive hardware-management access.
