Description
A VAAPI media driver for Intel integrated graphics from Broadwell and newer generations. Video players, browsers and encoding tools can use it to move supported video decoding or encoding work from the CPU to the GPU.
It does not add a normal app launcher. It is useful when your Intel graphics hardware needs VAAPI support for smoother playback, lower CPU use or hardware-assisted media processing.
