Description
A packaged copy of the iLBC speech codec from the WebRTC project, used by audio and communication software that needs narrowband voice encoding or decoding.
It is codec infrastructure, not a calling app. Users benefit when compatible VoIP, conferencing, or media software can process iLBC audio streams.
