Description

Ad, tracker, and malicious-domain blocking can be applied through curated hosts-file changes.

It is useful for users who want system-wide domain blocking without a browser extension. Hosts-file blocking can also break websites, login flows, or content delivery networks, so blocklists should be updated and reversible.

How to run

hostsctl

Commands: hostsctl
