Description

Fan speed can be adjusted according to hard-drive temperature to balance cooling, noise, and disk safety.

It is useful for storage systems, NAS-like machines, or desktops where drive temperature should influence cooling. Fan-control mistakes can overheat hardware or create unnecessary noise, so verify sensors, fan paths, and safe temperature thresholds before enabling automation.
