Adds Conduit wrappers for WAI request and response handling. Conduit is a streaming abstraction, and these wrappers help process HTTP bodies without loading everything into memory at once.
It is useful for uploads, downloads, proxies, APIs, and web services that handle large or streaming data. Developers should still set limits and timeouts to avoid resource exhaustion.
