Parses and pretty-prints Roman numerals in Haskell. It helps programs convert between ordinary numbers and the Roman numeral notation used in text, labels, examples, or legacy formats.
It is useful for educational tools, document generation, tests, games, and formatting utilities. It is a developer library and has no standalone converter interface.
